Just a reminder to all APC lifters next weekend is APC Central Calif. Open & Novice Powerlift Championships. This a great meet as a tune up for APC Nationals in Norfolk, which is shaping up too be great meet with large new team of lifters coming from Puerto Rico. See you there.

J.R. The only records that can be broken at local, state, or regional meets are state and national records. Only at the APC National Championships can you set World Records with at least 2 International referees present.
