qualifing for nationals

i just need clarification on this do we have to qualify every year for nationals? i was under the thinking that as long as it was less than a year your total was still good.

Hey Charles: This is Stella Krupinski I have seen and spoke with you at a few National APF meets. I am usually a 165 now moving up to 181.Tired of keeping my weight down and not eating enough. Anyway I hope to see you at Nationals I am now lifting in the APC and this is my Home town.

yeah i remember it's good to see you finally found a good place to lift and compete.
