To all west coast APC lifters who wish to qualify for 2008 Nationals we have 2 great opportunities coming up at the Feb 16 West Coast Open & Novice Bench Press Championships and the 2008 APC California State Championships on March 1st. If you have questions about either event please contact myself or John Ford.

Cory: All Cannucks are welcome to attend any of our California APC Events. All you need is a current IPA card, which I believe you can get from Brian off the IPA website. Come one...come all....we try to run fun meets... Bob P.
