Canadian Championships

The GPC Canadian Nationals have been set for May 25/08 in Calgary.Lifters from all federations are welcome. This will be a World Qualifier for all including lifters from Special Olympics Canada.Full details of the meet will be made available in the New Year.

Brian: Glad to hear you have set a date for IPA Canadian Nationals. Barring accident or injury, Kim and I will be there and hoping to bring some other California lifter as tune up for APC Nationals in Las Vegas.

Sorry Captain, I do believe I have made an error.The proper date for the Canadians is SATURDAY MAY 24 2008.The offering will be given without interruption Sunday for all those who wish to participate.

SATURDAY IS HARE KRISHNA INCENSE WORSHIP DAY...HOW INSENSITIVE CAN YOU BE MAN...WHAT ABOUT SHIFTING TO A TUESDAY AFTERNOON...THAT'S WHEN THE OGDEN LEGION HAS ITS 99 CENT DRAFT AND PICKLED EGG SPECIAL ON THE MENU...WE WOULD GET A HUGE TURNOUT...MAYBE WE COULD HOOKUP WITH THE STAMPEDE WRESTLING TEAM FOR A DOUBLER HEADER MATINEE SHOW!!!!

I think? I can safely speak for the guys here and say the more the merrier! Just make sure your membership status is up to date , and come up and lift!

Hey Jesse, as Mike mentioned all American lifters are welcome. Just a reminder... make sure your passport is in order if you are flying up to Calgary.
I will post all the info on the meet in the New Year.
