The APC Nationals are just around the corner, June 1, 2, 3, 2012. This is the 10th anniversary of the APC National Championships. For 2012 we have added a single deadlift competition and a push pull competition to the APC.
The APC features raw divisions as well as equipped divisions in all competitions. For 2012 we will provide funding from the Athlete’s Fund for winners of the APC Nationals who will travel to Argentina for the GPA Raw World Championships and to the WUAP Equipped World Championships in Germany.
We will have team competitions in the Bench Press and Powerlifting Competitions. The winning Powerlifting Team will receive a Texas Power Bar provided by IronDawg Power, Inc. Each team will consist of 6 lifters and an alternate team can be listed with 6 alternates. Each team can be raw and equipped or a combination. A formula is used to decide between a raw and equipped lifter. The team entry list must be received in the APC Office 10 days before the competition (May 22), either by regular mail or email to lbbaker@irondawg.com.
