Single lift events

Due to popular demand the APC/GPA will begin offering, in addition to Powerlifting and Bench press, pushpull (bench press and deadlift), and single deadlift events. A lifter can enter one or all events in a single meet. Record keeping will also be established for the additional events srarting March 1, 2012.
