Raw Division Rules

Every one who responded favored a belt, knee wraps, and wrist wraps.

The rules of performance for the raw division will be the same as the equiped division. Equipment will be a belt, knee wraps, and wrist wraps, the same as the equiped division. The shirt, if worn, will be a tee shirt made of cotton or a cotton blend. The singlet will be the same as a wrestling singlet and made of cotton or a cotton blend. Shorts under the singlet will be made of cotton or a cotton blend or a jockey strap. No spandex will be allowed.

Women lifters may wear a regular bra, sports bra, or halter under the tee shirt.

There probably are some technical definitions of clothing which we will address in the final version of the rules.
