I've always wanted to squat like that. I'll let you go for the world record under your own name. That's only fair.
If you're offering your deadlift services, can I get a 550 deadlift as well?
Back Update: Another loud gunshot sounding pop from the lower back tonight. Feels not too bad now, but it did the same thing two days ago so I'm hoping for the best, but not holding my breath. I'm obeying my physio's instructions to the letter as far as heat, ice and stretching and it seems to be helping.
And yes Ryan, I think they'd notice if you shaved your head and tried to look like me. I've got a nicer shaped head !!!
