To all GPC Member Federations: The time is growing short until the 2007 GPC Worlds is upon us in Calgary. This Championships and the AGM Meeting to take place with this competition will be one of the most important meetings in the GPCs short history. Not only will several important issues concerning the future of the GPC be discussed and voted upon, but along with very important elections that will take place for GPC Officers. The issues to be discussed will be very defining factors for future growth of the GPC as it continues to prove it is an organization with stature and integrity that has well defined rules and by-laws that all powerlifters can be proud to say we are GPC members. Along with issues to be discussed and voted upon the election of GPC Officers will be very important to all member nations as this slate of Officers will also be a defining factor for the future growth and expansion of the GPC. The GPC is at the thresh hold being able to show the Powerlifting World that it is an organization guided buy good rules, sound judgment, and that it is an organization open to all lifters, men and women, regardless of age or level of strength and that it doesn't cater to anyone group, but encompasses all.
As a candidate for GPC President I look to all lifters for support of our values and ideals and the continued growth of the GPC. I will make myself available for all major GPC events and would encourage all other GPC Officers to also be heavily involved and ready travel to make our sport grow.
