Posted by Dave Coleman Sherman has been more than a friend to me and our small group here, he's been a brother and more. I cannot begin to express the sorrow for this tremendous loss. Please pray for Sherman and his family. He leaves behind his new wife Laura (they've been married only about a year and a half and were so perfect together) and his two awesome step sons Luke and Chris (who some of you may know as well).

For those of you that knew Sherman, I just wanted to let everyone know that we lost a great man tonight. He went out for a run early this evening and when he returned home he collapsed into a chair and stopped breathing. His wife called an ambulance and the medics worked him for 20 minutes but couldn't bring him back. His heart gave out on him.
