I want the many lifters. friends, officals from far and wide who phoned, sent me emails, cards and letters during my period of confinement to do to my double quad tear prior to the GPC Worlds in Belgium was much appreciated and made me realize how much it has kept my spirits up. Too all of you a big thanks and for awhile I will be working on becoming a better Bench Presser for another 3-4 months and promoting outr meets. Once again thanks to for your encouragement....
