WPC Ukraine is a dues paying member of the GPC and the Ukraine Cup is listed and sanctioned by the GPC. According to the rules of the GPC a nation can not hold a GPC sanctioned international contest unless they are a dues paying and current member of the GPC. I don't know what the other people are doing.
