Qualify Nationals/Worlds 2007

Ok. Read the posts/info and this is what I came up with. I need to get a total at a meet in order to attend Nationals. No specific qualifying total, just a total (open class). Then if you win your class at Nationals you may attend Worlds with some financial assistance. Can you still attend Worlds as part of the team if you do not win 1st at Nationals and pay your own way? Love Canada, never seen Calgary.
Also, I live in PA. I see there are chairman from IL, IN and CT and was wondering if there are any tentative meets in the works up in this area before Nationals? I know it takes a lot of work/planning for a meet and understand if this is not possible.
