I was touring through the excellent photos on the site and thought I'd write in because I wrote a biography of Curtis Turner (Full Throttle: The Life and Fast Times of NASCAR Legend Curtis Turner) that comes out in January. I interviewed several of the folks in the photos and people like Charlie Williamson, Paul Cawley and Glen Wood became heroes of mine while I wrote about their good friend Curtis. I figured I'd bring it up in case anybody was interested.
