YES HE DID WIN AT ISLAP. IT WAS JERRY ROSES 93.HE WAS THE ONLY 2TIME WINNER OF THE LEAGUE AND WAS LEADING POINTS THE LAST YEAR OF THE ALL STAR LEAGUE WHEN IT FOLDED.YOU TALK ABOUT THE BEST DRIVERS,WHAT A LEAGUE.MY BROTHER DANNY HAS A PIC OF THE CAR ON HIS WEB PAGE LOOK FOR A TRIBUTE TO LOU LAZZARO.HE MAY HAVE ONE TWICE THERE THANKS LOU JR
