I have been trying to locate Cliff Ryerson for many years to no avail. He was a Freeport and Islip regular in the fifties and spent his last days of racing at Weissglass Stadium up until 1964 in the number 166 ex Billy Spade 115 Spitfire powered 34 Plymouth coupe here on Staten Island.I have been told by several racing historians that it wasn't his real name. Can anybody shed some light on this ? Maybe Jerry Clauss if you still frequent this mesage board? Thanks, George.
