I'm sorry to hear you won't be going to Austin. At this time, I'm not really sure if I'm going. I'll have to wait until tomorrow and see what happens.
And yes, Club Carnaval is a norteno/mexicanko club. I haven't been there, but my sister enjoys going to it. Since, I'm not familiar with the Austin area, I do know club carnaval is located in the barrio of Austin. And I've heard stories of people trying to steal hubcaps, from friends who live in that part of town. But, hey, crime happens anywhere, it doesn't matter what city, town, or the part of town. All I can say is to take the proper precautions and pray.
