If your from the Rio Grande Valley...question for you about a possible festival

I went home a week ago to the RGV and there was a commercial that kept coming out about some kind of festival with a ton of artist coming including la mafia and mazz..etc..but it said listen in for more details...i obviously dont live down there anymore so i was wondering if anyone knows what i'm talking about....it kept coming out on KGBT 98.5 FM....i wish i would of heard the entire commercial but its hard to hear btwn my 4yr old nephew and his mom arguing about whether or not she was going to buy him a toy at the store because he wasnt listening.... thanks in advance
