I am going to start lifting equipped myself. From what I have seen and been told over the years, if you are doing a 10 week program you should start using equip around week 5 or 6. Example-week 5 squats start using suit with straps down and medium tight knee wraps. Then on week 7,8,9,10 go straps up and tight knee wraps. That is what my plan is anyways...
