183#, 63 years old, North Dakota
Squat Workout 150# x 5 170# x 5 210# x 3 185# x 3 185# x 3 185# x 3
I know these are light weights, but I had never done a squat until 63 years. The first couple of months, I could barely walk after one of these light squat workouts. Now I have built up some endurance and add 5#'s each week - so overall I am personally satisfied and have some good expectations for the future.

Slow and steady with the gains. Let your body and tendons/ligaments get used to the weight. You are going to have a big pr over your last meet in the squat!
