NASA Bench Press DVD

I found the Monster Bench Press DVD and am wondering how many lifters have tried this program and if you got good results.
The program is simple:
Progress from 1 set of 3 reps to 3 sets of 3 reps with a 2 second pause. After you hit 3 x 3, next week add 10 lbs and start over at 1 x 3 reps with pause.
Followed by tricep and shoulder assistance.
I would appreciate any feedback.
