Bench: 245x1, 260x1, 280x4 (slingshot) 240x2. 2 sec pauses on all reps.
Deadlift: 417.5x1, 452.5x1, 417.5x2x3
Wave one of heavy work complete. Bench and curl are feeling good. Just slowly using sets of 5 on squats for awhile since I'm basically at novice weights.
Assistance work is pretty basic. Definitely need to be hammering upper back heavier for Deadlift though. Too much light work lately. Bodyweight: 150.1
