When you do the paused deadlift, are you referring to lifting it to jut below the knee and then lifting the rest of the way? We have done this some and like it. Our weekness has been the deadlift so have really worked on it this past offseason.

: workouts planned till Natural Nationals, and
: I'm pretty confident with how I've set it
: up. Sticking to the plan all the way this
: time. Goal will be 222.5 on 2nd or 3rd
: attempt, and 227.5-230 kg on 3rd or 4th
: attempt. Deadlifts are moving to Monday, and
: Heavy Bench and Curl to Friday. Those seem
: to be the days I get decent sleep before.
: Left shoulder/bicep felt back to normal.
