Bodyweight: 148.3. Have all of my DL workouts planned till Natural Nationals, and I'm pretty confident with how I've set it up. Sticking to the plan all the way this time. Goal will be 222.5 on 2nd or 3rd attempt, and 227.5-230 kg on 3rd or 4th attempt. Deadlifts are moving to Monday, and Heavy Bench and Curl to Friday. Those seem to be the days I get decent sleep before. Left shoulder/bicep felt back to normal.
