Bench: Only 122.5. Left shoulder wasn't having a 3rd, and I missed.
DL: 217.5. I went for a heavier 2nd to seal a PR total. Shook a lot, mainly because of my shoulder/bicep tie-in bothering me. Jeff Briner advised me to rest my shoulder. I listened. No 3rd.
Bodyweight: 143.8. I weighed 150.4 in the morning, then ate, drank water etc., and still dropped more than I intended...
Total: 413.5kg for a small PR. Considering the circumstances, fine by me.
