Seated BB OHP:
135x10 (1-2 sec pauses)
165x4(1-2 sec pauses). Bar drifted too far back on 5th. Friend had to grab it for safety Fun change of pace atleast.
Bw: 152.8. Contemplating making Natural Nationals my last meet at 148. I think a good year growing into 165 could put me at 3 plate bench territory, and some leg mass would REALLY help my bad squat if/when I wanted to compete in it.
