Paused, beltless DL: 315x7
RDL: 225 6x10. Improvised since it was more bearable than any of my other plans.
Bodyweight: 144.7. I've never been in a gym as hot as today. Everything just sweated out of me. Definitely had no chance of completing a full session. Went by feel.
Best case scenario as of now: bump up one set by 10 lbs the next 4 weeks on my DL and end with 465x3. Time to go rehydrate. Upper back tomorrow.
