I finally feel like I'm mentally back after a break. I got so wrapped up in "I HAVE to hit 500+ by year's end" and other numbers that I was never satisfied, and constantly stressed close to and on meet days. I'll train for PR's in October, but understand if they don't show on short notice. May slightly alter my training week and show up for Curl-only in Ky 2 weeks prior if $ allows and I feel good. I just want to have FUN again, and then have plenty of time to prepare for fun and a good showing at Natural Nationals.
