wk 1 makeup Squat day

I had to workout alone today. I had to take my wife to the ER last night for a Kidney stone. She didn't get in until 10 after waiting 4 hours in pain. She is much better today.
Regular squat raw
135 x 10
225 x 5
315 x 5 added wraos
350 x 3
385 x 3
405 x 2 chickened out without spotters both high
leg extensions ( one legged)
3 sets of 12 each leg
tough day, blood sugar all out whack
