Kept the quick 2-3 min pace again. Good for my 1st workout back I suppose. Paused DL's and the wrist roller are humbling, and exposed some weak spots FAST. I think they'll be staying in my current setup. Moved my Deadlift to just inside hip width. I'll maintain that stance for awhile before deciding if I want to move further out. Bodyweight: 150.7
