Dead Lift Day

DL: Moved my stance a little out. Got 455x3. Original plan was 465x3 but that was assuming 500 was in the cards. Not as strong off the floor, but my grip actually held up. May be my go-to stance on meet day considering that.
330x8 (stiff leg, pause below knee)
DB Rows, with a few brief resets on the floor. 100 3x23
Pull ups: 1x28.
Bodyweight:150.2. Glad to get today out of the way. Rest of the week in the gym is basically fun time
