Curls up with to 155x2. All reps held a couple seconds at the bottom. Unbent leg on the 3rd. Try again cleanly on Monday. 140 2x5.

245 3x3, 260x1, 290x4 (slingshot), 245 2x3, 230 2x6. Knew once I got to 245 a 3rm wasn't in the cards. Underslept and time-crunched. Maybe try it Monday.

Played with my set-up on the 9x3 sets, and found how to get tighter off the bottom. Grip felt somewhat more secure. May try that at the meet. I have a pain in the left side of my neck that's on/off again. Maybe it's like a pinched nerve, and it's affecting my grip downward? I just don't understand why my grip suddenly became an issue around March.
At Open National's, tentative 3rds on curl and bench will be 75kg and 127.5 kg respectively, then base my pull off what happens. Honestly, I was dreaming of 77.5/130/227.5 in a perfect world, but I'll work cautiously based off recent sessions. Need to hit 415 kg for a PR total. Bodyweight: 151.8
