Paused Leg Press:
4 drop sets. I feel like doing these close to my meets in the past has helped my Deadlift's starting speed.
Moved my stance in on squats, and it felt good. ROM was long, but I had more power out the bottom. Not as close as my DL, but decently inside shoulder width. Dunno why I favor close feet so much. 290x5 was a crazy ride (for me), but I ground it out somehow.
