Conditioning
Bench 3x12 with 2 warm up sets
Incline 3x12
decline 3x12
pec deck 3x12
Did this to hit over all chest
Military press 3x12
front and side raises 3x12
rear delt flys 3x12
I will hit my shoulders twice a week because im prone to injury in my right one. Looking for some good numbers in vegas. 2 Goals 1. Hit top 100 in powersports in oct. 2. Hit good numbers in vegas at 205. I am doing a 4 day split for 8 weeks then going into a 5x5.
