Rack pulls-495x3,565x1,585x1,605x1
Mix in some leg press,shrugs,DB rows,close grip seated rows and abs.Felt pretty good but as always my training partner tells me I'm sandbagging! LOL! And I tell him Rome wasn't built in a day. Hope everyone's training is going good!
