I DO make the 1st rep of the 1st set but it feels so heavy and hard that it SEEMS like I won't make it but the last rep of the 5th set is so easy. 5 sets of 5 reps takes a lot out of me. Just wondering how long I can keep this up. Tomorrow I will be doing 92% of my max at the Natural Nationals. I have 4 more weeks to go with swquating 3X a week. Garage is hot, it has been in the high 80's this week.
I guess it's my age.
