Started training for the world cup 5 weeks ago.
Last night 3rd speed deadlift day.
On a 4" box, semi stiff leg
135x10
135 w/100# chains x2
225 w/100# chains x2
315 w/100# chains x2x8 sets
Good speed on all sets
Farmers walk 80'
360#
450# x 2
Started 5 weeks ago with speed work at 225 plus the chains and am slowly working up. we've done 2 weeks of rack pulls at below the knee cap level on opposing weeks.
