Not all commerical DVD about weightlifting and Powerlifting by professional athletes have the correct principles for our (NASA) powerlifting.
Alot of these type of DVDs are put out for a pure profit only. Please be careful with what you purchase.
Rich Peters, President of NASA has a compete set of DVDs for powerlifting. Check out his background, World champion powerlifter, World coach, and founder of NASA and producer of well over 1500 meets. You can find them on the website. www.nasa-sports.com
