LOL. Seriously, do you know a drop in strength from dropping that much so quickly? I normally train around 270-275 lbs, but I was dropping down to the 255 -260 range for meets so my co-efficient would be high. Often I missed meet attempts (just in the bench) that my training numbers told me I should have hit. Once I stopped cutting that type of weight my lifts went way up.
