Well, I've decided to ditch squatting for some time to let the hip bursitis heal up,which really sucks cause I was hoping to break the 500 pound mark at this next meet. I've been stubborn this whole year and kept squatting, which wasn't a good idea on my part. I'll either do the push/pull or powersports or both in December.
I guess I needed to rant a little, I was making some good progress with my squat and now it looks as though I will have to start back at square one.
/rant, I feel a little better now.
