Hey Jay and Jason, I'm around. My workouts havn't been worth a crap, nothing worth posting. I'm skipping Ravenswood, I'm trying to cut bodyweight. Jay, I'll be in the 308's soon.lol. I'm gonna focus on training and try some things, gonna try and make it to the House Of Pain lift in Texas in March. I'll start posting again soon when the workouts pick up. Keep it up you guys.
