I don't deadlift like you because I pull sumo but, you can definatly improve. Right now you are basically pulling with all back. If you get your hips lower and start the lift with your legs and your hips you'll do much better not to mention it's much safer. Almost every time you make a form change you are a little weaker at the lift but, it pays off in time. Sometimes you have to take a step back so you can take two forward. Watch this video of Tyson you'll see how he gets his butt low at begins the lift with his legs and hips. Then watch your video again and see how high your butt is at the start.
