It should get better soon man. If it's sore ice it after you lift and take an anti-inflammatory before you lift. Look at me acting like I know what I am talking about, lol.
You are not alone as far as making a decision about your next meet. I have decided what I lifts I want to do, but I may just wait until next year to do the meet in March (House of Pain Expo). I want to meet up with you, JT, Jay, and others who frequent this forum at a meet sometime next year.
That would be cool.
