Good workout considering the past few weeks I have been out of my normal routine. The PR felt really good. I am doing different workouts to keep shocking my muscles.
I'll probably be doing Push/Pull next month. I haven't set any goals, I plan to do my best without leaving anything out there. Hopefully I will have some physical competition in my weight class and division. Competition makes it fun.
