light stuff and alot of supersets to loosen my shoulders. Heavy trap reps and alot of reaer delt stuff. Shoulder starting to ache a little from impingement...need to discipline myself to do the auxilliary stuff!...
3 workouts this week, MTW and now 2 days of rest and recovery...Heavy Day Saturday on bench...if only i had a crystal ball to see what awaits me...
