DEADLIFT:
Worked up to 550 x 2
SPEED DEADS:
5x3 @ 460
Pretty happy with pulling 550 for a double, considering I have been dealing with hip bursitis this whole year. Squats seem to aggravate it more than deadlifts though, so squatting heavy has been out for quite some time, which does absolutely nothing for my total. /end rant
