My first posting of deadlift workout. Deadlift is new to me - doing for about 2 months.
135# x 5
205# x 5
295# x 3
295# x 3
275# x 3
275# x 3
Not heavy weights, but better than I was two months ago. I will increase to 305# and 285# this week. I find if I do more sets - reps, I get wiped out, A couple of weeks ago I lifted 325# x 1 - took some effort. A slow process, but lifting better every week. 61 years old - 181# North Dakota
