You are right as it is good for working the triceps and the lockout. I have also used it as a assistant work after doing reg bench. As I am
a shirted bencher when I work with the shirt it does save on my shoulders and alawys me to use
more in a safeir setting. The differant board
rang allows you to target differant problem areas. I have only been using them for a short
time, before I was complete rang all the time
and I can see a differance in my the way my shoulders feel. I think even a raw lifter could
benefit from them if used sparingly.
