Nice workout Chris.
I am trying to figure out what is the benefit of using boards as a raw lifter. The only sense I could make of it is to work the triceps. I have heard it helps with your lockout, but lifting raw the strength is either there or it's not. I could see the benefit using it with a shirt because of trying to make the weight touch or trying to break it in, but I don't understand how it could help a raw bencher. I am just curious how it helps you.
