last workouts for the raw nats 17th....
squat easy 586+1, and 586+2
bench 421+2
421+2 one pause and one touch and go
431+1 easy pause week out
601+2 deadlift was for 3 but left grip pooed out
265 bw...275s here we come lol praise god
